I havent posted on your WIP in a while BvL and im kicking myself for it. and im not pandering or ass kissing, i generaly mean it, and its real kick in the ass for me to get myself sorted and post on my own Imp Fists WIP blog. anyway, thinsg like the centaur, and the BFG field battery, and the first of a full squad of rough riders (I hope, please do some more!) have all impressed me greatly, and im loveing your overall paint scheme. but the field marshal is what blew me away. I missed the paint comp, and this the first time ive seen him finsihed, the base is damned impressive, and dosent overshadow the model, overall.

MORE! I WANT TO SEE MORE DAMN IT!

Well next up will be the Infantry At Ease Squad I'm working on for the April Squad Competition. And Rough Riders migth show up sometime in the future but I'm not totally sure, Brom was just meant to be another officer.

hay guys sorry not been on for a while been working on grey knights and finished building my death korp commisare and 2 fireing squads there undercoated and staring painting going to go with dark green on amore and graveyard eath for coat dont know about mask coulor yet what u think?

I've decided to postpone the tutorial a bit so I have more examples once I finish the At Ease Squad. April is a month of Hell for me life-wise but I'll try and get them done. The At Ease squad has been started and hope to have pics up in the WIP by the end of this week or weekend since I plan to get them mostly done then.

Ok guys Heres an update of mostly coneceptual things but also might get you all excited about what I'm doing:

1) The At ease Squad is about 80% done
2) Tanks are up next
3) April is almost over
4) I'm planning on adding a Light Infantry Battalion to the 501st, The Isenherz Jägerkorps. I've been inspired by lord Marcus's Light infantry unit and figured why not have a unit of sharpshooting light infantry, b/c honestly FW why didnt you make snipers for trenchwarfare? This new unit also gives me a place for my Sentinels that have been languishing away for the better part of 2 years. The Jägerkorps represents the quick moving deadly accurate scouting parties that are sent out to harrass the enemy across no mans land. The "hunters" of Krieg the Jägerkorps are the Light Infantry of the 501st. (plus the name Jägerkorps is just too cool to me to pass up) The doctrines I've chosen for this unit (probably around 2-4 squads of infantry) are:
1) Light Infantry to represent their scouting and quick moving assaults
2) Sharpshooters to get the Sniper Rifles
3) Special Weapon Sqauds again for the Snipers
On top of these the typical Kreig Doctines
4) Iron Discipline
5) Hardened Fighters
6) Die Hards

As for colors I'll probably paint them similar to the Isenherz Infantry with a couple of changes: Helmets will be custom camo-ed, Greatcoats will be a lighter brown with Green cuffs and the lasguns will be darker.

Ok guys I'm putting my tanks on a bit of a hold as I've decided to work on my Mortar Squad. The tanks are playable even though they aren't painted so I'm trying to get more troops on the field first. Plus I have no time airbrush stuff during school. Finals Week though I'll have time for that.
