Oh... and as for force pikes... how would a Grey-knight Halberd go? Can those be found individually?

Blog Entries: 4 | Daemon weapons, power weapon, D6 attacks. Undivided means +1str roll a dice for every attack and on a roll of one, the model suffers one wound with saves allowed. You'll need either the jump pack or a bike to get him around and into the fighting, the chaos lords are WS 6 so close combat is where they are meant to be.

![]() Though... I suppose he could use a Jump Pack... but I like the idea of foot-characters better... I don't really know why.

Blog Entries: 4 | You're better off using your landraider to ferry those ten WS5 berserkers with furious charge into battle. Just a personal observation. For the Lord, the Slaanesh weapon is the best daemon weapon. +1 I from the mark and instant death regardless of toughness. But with lightning claws and mark of khorne your lord has 5 attacks in close combat, so the jump-pack is a good investment to ensure he doesn't get left behind. As for the sorceror, mark of tzeentch, warptime, wind of chaos, bolt of change, jump pack. All he needs. Remember, jump packs = deepstrike and 12 inches movement, which is scary enough without the juicy IC weapons and stuff.

YOu would recomend deepstriking a IC... to me that seems a bit foolhardy... a bad scatter role and you can end dead... and lose a LOT of VP and a powerful model...

Blog Entries: 4 | Personal preference I guess. I'd rather let the enemy come to me, then drop my Lord behind their advance to cause havoc, preferably with a termie squad or squad of raptors for support. Ditto the sorceror, Bolt of change and wind of chaos are both very good against infantry and vehicles. It just keeps your options open, especially for the LC lord, as you want to minimise the amount of time you spend getting him to the enemy.

| Visted the local rogue trader today... its a big deal for me (likea two hour drive) but I had fun... bought paints, a necron codex (for my friend) and a box of CSM... I'm thinking how I'll equip 'em... I don't have my codex (baronspikey's getting it to me... later) so help me out a bit... powerfists are 25 points and power swords 15... or is it ten? Oh... and all models are equiped, base, with frag and krak grenades as well as bp and ccws... not to mention bolters... or is that only for loyalists...

Blog Entries: 4 | no all basic csm (and possibly havocs, plague marines, thousand sons and chosen) come with bolt pistol, ccw, frags, kraks and bolters. Everything else comes with frags, kraks, bolt pistol and ccw, to the best pf my knowledge.

| I'm taking a break from painting and assembling as all the spray paint and plastic glue is giving me headaches and making me naceous (darn testors glue... does it HAVE to be toxic? ). Anyways... almost done priming 'em all... afterwards I'll begin painting. I'm post pics of the primed minis once they've dried.edit: Started painting yesterday... I'll have WIP pics up tommorrow if everything goes well... I'm liking my paint scheme alot... but I will say this... painting these models nicely is really hard... they're so darn small! I have no idea how you guys manage to do it so well...

| Well... I haven't updated in a while... but I don't have much more to say... my CSM squad is nearly done... but not competely, another 30min of work should fix it... However... my workplace is outside... and its a bit to cold to work right now... so I haven't gotten much work done, otherwise I would have completed them... Anyways... hopefully it'll warm up...

| Well... I haven't managed to get pictures... but I'm working on it... my question right now is this: how should I model my chosen? I was thinking of taking some possessed bits and using them... I'm not to fond of Greenstuff, as I don't really have anyone to teach me how to use it, and I'd really rather have someone look over my shoulder... I know my skills are much less than the mighty Hairyyahoo... so suggestions? Also... the force pikes that come with the Grey Knight Termies and Power armor dudes... are they easily seperated from the model? They would make a nice Force Pike for my Sorceror that I'll model... eventually.
