|  Cruentus Mortis (WIP) ok so i been goin on and on in the flashchat about my new renegades. i finnaly got some pics to start the wip at the demands of we all know who....  so here it goes..( if you dont know they are remnents of sanguiniuses chosen who acompanied him on the assult of horuses ship...and turn all nasty, but the fluff will come later in the appropriate place. and when i have the time to accualy sit down and write it all out).first off is my sorcerer lord. he is my first atempt at true scaling so dont laugh to hard. i should have is wings by the end of the week.    im still not sure what im gonna do for head and arms/wepons in need some help.......... next is my termi AC. i got this model from a guy who was working on a abadon convertion ans it was hiw test run. he used so much friggin glue i had to hack the arms off and smooth as much out as possable the head was hopeless so i had to keep it but i think its comin out ok i just started basecoating him.    he will have a cape cause theres a butload of glue in the vents on the back of his armor i cant get out . well thats the start let my know what you guys think and any ideas for my sorce lord will be appreciated in stumped...

Blog Entries: 1 | finally!! about bleedin time grinder how to tell a tattoo artist...left arm covered in tats, right arm relatively bare the gs on the sorc is gonna be a proper bastard with all that detail in the way! are you gonna try to recreate the details that are already there with gs? did you reposition the legs much or just add the spacers? thinking about the head...what would be some kind of serious cool is a bit of contrast. ugly distorted body vs hansome beautific blood angel face. i'd sugggest something like mepheston's face but it's impossible to remove with out damaging it. how about this guy instead...? http://uk.games-workshop.com/storefr...138&orignav=13 you might be able to trim off the top knot and resculpt the hair. or leave it as it is...up to you if you go with it.

| nah hairy im not gonna keep the detail in the shins cept the spikes,the be smoothed, i accualy didnt have to mess with the legs much i liked the satance i just raised the one leg up so with the wings it will be a takin off pose, i dont like the slan head, but mephiston might workit would be some work to cut ot out and i would have to gc the har around the back but its a possability, as is dante still. hopefully some others will post some suggestions.

| update ok so i got the gs on the legs done lastnight. my cam bat was dead so i had to wait to post it. the gs on the legs could be smoother i know but i think it came out ok for my first try.   i picked up a dante lastnight. its gonna take some work to get his head off clean without having to much to fix. ill post that tomorrow. and hoping my bit order will be here in a day or 2 so i can get to work on the wings, still need to figure arms and wepons so people please help me out im stumped.

Blog Entries: 1 | damn thats good! the gs is almost perfect, just needs a brush with some fine sandpaper. for the weapon i'm thinking either a spear of a whip with the shard of the sword at the end, although the whip thing feels more slaneeshy than tzeentch. the spear would probably be best imo for the fluff you're running with.

| Once you do something to that GS(I don't know what though), its going to look really good when it's painted. I think if you put some details on the leg that look something like the details on the chest, it would really pull the whole model together. I think. Thoughts from other members?

| update ok well it took some magor work but i got dante's head off... muahahaha  ok now to get down to trimming it down to fitthe body. then figuring out how to convert the laurel to a crown of thorns. and put fangs in the mouth... might have to find someone a lil better at GS than myself. and what do you guys think about the halo? should i spike it out or get rid of it all together?

| GG - this is looking great. Gotta say Dante's head is looking fantastic for this conversion. Agree with mart though, some wire for a thorn wreath around his head will be fantastic.

| update ok so heres another update. this model has consumed me..... usualy takes me much longer to get this far but i cant stop!....... anyhoo heres what ive come up with for the spear. not sure if its a keeper or not. let me know what yall think.   and what should i use for the arms? just csm arm sprews? i need to find some i think im all out........ any other ideas? also need to find an ornate boltpistol for him.
