okay, i have a very ratty cold. and despite being in my local GW for 3 days this week, other than build the rest of the tact sqd, Swear very loudly as i repeatedly stabbed myself with the stores stanley knife. and discover that Mail order had some how sent me 5 extra marinhes free. ^^ nothings got done.

now if youll exscuse me...i have a box of tissues and a very large double strength Lempsip with my name on it.

It's basecoated D_C, basecoating takes multiple coats.. You know this!

brown was the staring point for that paint scheme, however, that while it achived a nice effect, took forever and was very heavy on the paint when i was finsihed, however, i have a new way to paint my marines, which should be far quicker. and does alot of the shadeing work for me! ^_^ lazyness ftw. anyway, ill be posting pics later tonight (when im not doing the NOD campaign on C&C3, im bloody determined to do it, and the secret scrin campaign before the xapnsion Kanes wrath comes out next month!) of the new complete tactical squad.
also. when is the painting comp due in..as ive done......nothing ><

and on anouther note i intend to get the second half of the fluff done. as...ive decided to do anouther half, i guess i enjoyed writeing it so much. anyway, that'll be comeing soon as well.

okay people!
PICS! however only one them is anywhere near being fully painted >< ist the first month and im allready falling behind ><

something old, and something new here. the first is the vertan SGT aurealius figure for games day 2005, im going to be using him in my CMD sqd during games.


and secondly something old, a full year and a half to be priecise.
its a modle i converted to be a sgt for my now, ageing veterans SQD for my now older Marine army, i built him, and undercaoted him, but never finsihed him, im thinking of using him as my chaplain for the fists, however, i dont want to sue a barehead, i dont like the idea of chaplain being without his helmet, they're suppost to be these icnoic indvidulas, apart from theier brothers, and because of that, they strike fear into the hearts of thier enimies, and fire thier brothers into fists of puitna fury.

i think the old vet serge looks fine as a chappie without a helmet. the skulls on the back pack exaust vents will help with the feel of chappieness that you loose on the skull helm.

he's weilding a crozius arcanum, they're whatever colour he wans them to be

however, i'd go with black, red or bone as they're pretty safe chapliney colours.

The Price of Laziyness

well, to anyone whos remotely interested in my imperial fists, and to anyone who has been treatening me with beatings, im looking at your Erus. I've been AFK for a while, simply becuase ive been to laxy to a dman thing >< However! there is a silver lineing. my imperial fists, are alive, and i have 1, yes 1! finsihed and ready to be shown here on terra. plus, several other WIP photos.

now, you maybe asking: "what in the name of god has Slow been doing all this time!" well.... i have tried to get some work done, and just to prove it, ill be posting some pics of my failed tactical squad and my SGT Octavius diorama. they failed because the can of spray i was using died during the middle of undercoating, and i have not been yet, able to lay my hands on anouther as its not GW white spray. i dont like it, its too watery for my likeing, and i have found an adequite substitue, and ill be buying about 5 cans when i get the chance.

anyway, pics and details to follow ASAP.

i've been trying to motivate you indirectly, I has limited Psychic powers.
Well i have seen the almost finished guy and he was looking very good.

GW White Spray isnt watery, maybe you have been using it wrong.

Shake it for 5mins, aim at model, spray if it is still watery then swear and shake again.
