Thank you! With the Dreadclaw finished, I have this HUGE weight off of my shoulders, so it's making this month's ToXG goals easier. I've already started repainting one of the Dreadnaughts and it should be finished by this weekend or Monday the latest... These bad boys are going to have a LOT of rust and decay, as I can't really think of anything else in a Death Guard force that would have more of either then a Dreadnaught.

Hey Everyone,
I need some help with my Terminator Lord. He's still a WIP, but I've gotten this far and it seems as though something's... missing. If anyone has some advice, it would be greatly appreciated! Just a little background info, this guy is a Deathshroud, Mortarion's own personal guard. After the Heresy, I would think their hidden identity would be a moot point, and now they're occasionally sent out by Mortarion's request to take care of... ahem... business.

A bit of an update... I FINALLY got my Forge World Great Unclean One. Man... the detail in this piece is amazing! I've done a little work on one of the arms, mainly to test out how I want to paint the whole piece, it's coming out nice so far.

In other related news, I made my Forge World order Friday. On the way I have the new Death Guard Sorcerer, new Death Guard Dreadnaught w/ new arms, and 3 more Death Guard kits. I'll make my Warstore order in a couple weeks for the WHFB Chaos Warrior torsos, and I'll probably pick up the CSM arms and weapons as well.

I'm thinking of making a character out of the new Dreadnaught, I'm working up rules and it should be fun to field. I've got a basic idea of what I'm thinking about...

UPDATE:
I have some more pictures of my Great Unclean One. The painting is going well, I LOVE this model, and the challenge is helping my flesh painting. Only problem is, now I have to repaint all my Nurgle daemons to match this dude...

DR, that is utterly and thoroughly disturbing. i love it.

haha that model really just has a lot of...kick. pungent kick, if you know waht i mean :]
the termie lord is looking really good as well. i'm not sure if anything's missing, but i think maybe a few way trophy heads or something for a bit of color contrast ? i am wondering if some bright red or blue might throw a bit of zing and pep into that model. but i really think it looks good as it is :]

Sorry for the like of updates everyone, I haven't touched any of my models in about a week or two. I'm going through a break up with my son's mother so I haven't had time to do anything else, which also explains my lack of posting as well. I've had Aiden for the week and I'll probably start painting some more tomorrow, as he'll be with his mom.

I received my Dreadnought and Sorcerer the other day and I've assembled them, I'll get pics up at some point.
