Blog Entries: 10 | the base will be mainly skeletons and the spare limb. the eyes are one of the final pieces. the waist area needs a bit of work and i need to add the iris to the eye pendant. also need to finish the mace tonight. I'll have a few last GS pics up tomorrow or the next day.

Blog Entries: 2 | The claw is AWESOME But i`m not sure about the wolfhead... it`s.... strangely positioned. Maybe it`s the angle of the shot, but it`s creepying me out ![]()

looks good but that wolf head does draw your attention away from the rest of the model. perhaps this will mellow out after painting.. well see. keep it up steve!

Blog Entries: 10 | well, the wolf's head i wanted to stand out, and i could not seem to get it to lay lower (might have something to do with how little i tried.) it will look something like the wolf on horus in this pic: ![]() at least that is the plan ![]()

Blog Entries: 1 | kewl pic. i think perhaps the reason you couldnt get it to lay down right is that the one in the pic is only the upper jaw and skull laying "down" the shoulder pad with the nose towards his elbow and the pelt going up over his armor. and the wolf head you have is the full head with the lower jaw. not sure if there are any bits out there with just the upper jaw that would have worked better. or perhaps a plastic wolf bit from fantasy?? perhaps hairy, erus or wolfpack would be the ones to ask about that. model does look good over all. look forward to seeing it competed!!

| hmmm... if the angle of the wolf continues to be a problem; i suggest a small drill hole in mouth to support a spike or vent (protruding form the maw) to give the impression of an underlying structure that explains the odd angle. |

Blog Entries: 1 | unless you wanna rip it up and redo it this is probably a good idea. if you do decide to redo, slice the head between the jaws and place it back into position. |

| bears. beets. BSG. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | or perhaps file/trim out a tubey shaped hole in the wolfie head, and then fit it a bit closer ?you could even just cut the head part off and GS the actual fur, fur is surprisingly simple gs work :] of course...all of those suggestions have a high risk involved : / either way, it looks amazing :]
