Take the standard spikey rack from the chaos vehicle sprue, or a standard pole if you have them to spare, and cut the cylindrical parts into 1-2 mm lengths, and glue those to the plating. ones I used came out a little large so I'll try the PVA method next time. Runes and such are GW method. Dark angels green, highlight with snot green, highlight again with scorpion green. I need Ice blue to finish of the leering faces...
