Logan's "Last Outpost"

I originally built this a couple years ago, but when I moved some-what recently it broke apart. Heres the basic construct of it (Chaos shown for size comparison);

I'm digging through my bits box right now to make it an IG outpost, I'll post pics when I'm done. I've also got the top to a old SM tank to give it an SM feel, as well as an old Eldar weapon platform.

That's a nice piece of scenery. With a little work, it would be great. It's gotta lot of potential, and I hope ya get to finish it! Maybe mount a weapon on that highest outpost...

That will work, Logan. Maybe you could put a mortar emplacement on it somewhere. Sandbags could work also.

where did ya get the basis for the building?

Maybe a small cache of grenades would be cool?

I got it at my local hobby store, but I was in 05' so I don't have the box and can't remember the company that made it. Those box sets are great though; a bunch of parts to put together whatever kind of building however you like.

Also, if you could add some kinda radio and antenna, make it like a command post. Or some sorta binoculars on a tripod?

I thought about doing that when I first got it, but I used the only binoculars I had on my IG Command Platoon. I should have a radio backpack I could use though.

I'd also second the use of sandbags, barbed wire, etc.. Perhaps false slats of wood across open points, with sandbags behind them, barbed wire over it, and some sort of BFG behind that?

Yeah, the radio backpack would be cool. I don't think I have an binocs, but if I can get ahold of some I'll send them your way.

I do have an autogun (for the hatch of a tank) that could work well for that, along with some other stuff

I also have a flamer to the hull of a tank, but the autogun would work better IMO

Here it is, this time I glued everything on, I could still disassemble but it'll be more of a pain.
