| The Emperor's Yesman ![]() ![]() ![]() | Well, a while back I decided to join the minions of Chaos. Unfortunately, I was then left with no army to collect after being not-so-kindly reminded that I had a two year bet going with a friend. This bet was that if I collected anything Chaos I'd owe him a two-year subscription to WD. If he collected anything Imperial, he'd owe me the same. However, yesterday I won the bet!!! So I've returned to my original plan. The Night Stalkers are what is left of the Storm Marines Chapter after it was torn apart by corruption. Those tempted by Chaos (A great majority of the Chapter) joined the Chief Librarian Moralitor and the Chapter's Captains, who had all turned. Loyalists naturally aligned themselves with the Chapter's ultra-loyal Master. Despite having an overwhelming advantage in numbers (Approxamately 20:1) on their loyalist brethren, the Traitors were met with feirce resistance after the cults that had been formed during the Heriosian Schism (they had not been destroyed, only subdued, and the sector was still in a unofficial state of civil war) failed to re-emerge as Moralitor had hoped. In the initial fighting, a hundred traitors were killed before they overwhelmed their brothers. It was in this stage that the Chapter Master was killed, and in the following confusion, all of the loyalist marines perished. Afterwards, the traitors came up against thousands of Imperial Guard, and suffered heavy losses before the arrival of other Traitor marines drawn to the carnage. As the 2nd Heriosian Schism raged on, the 500 marines remaining fled towards the Maelstrom. They were ambushed, though, by a Space Wolves company, and again suffered heavy casualties, though they eventually wiped out the Space Wolves opposing them. The survivors disappeared into the warp for a year before re-emerging in a system on the outskirts of the Heriosian Sector. Relatively untouched by the Schism, the system served as a vital part of the Imperial supply routes. The Traitors fell upon the only inhabited world in the system, Agrachor, and systematically scoured all life from the planet. Once more, though, the traitors were ambushed during their escape by the Space Wolves. Two companies descended upon them this time, and almost destroyed the Traitors. Only 100 of the Traitors remain, led still by moralitor. They have repainted their armour and destroyed their old heraldry. A survivor of their genocidal conquests said they stalked the unwary in the darkness, and so their name was born. The Night Stalkers. I'm going to put together the Night Stalkers and their armour and support. Hopefully I'll, in time, be able to add on units here and there that represent a particular god, but until then the NS are undivided (Though Moralitor will bear the Mark of Tzeentch). Unfortunately though, I'll only begin this at Christmas (When I get the time, lol), so until then this is in the planning stages. I'll update this regularly.

| The Emperor's Yesman ![]() ![]() ![]() | Yep. I'll be converting normal SM into CSM, since they only recently turned. Also, the squad of 10 Chosen I'll be making are made up of former SM Captains, so there shalt be much converting!

| The Emperor's Yesman ![]() ![]() ![]() | I've decided to use a colour scheme I pulled off the GW website: ![]() I'll be using the SM Company Box (Wahay!) and converting with Black Templars bitz and CSM.
