| After years of painting for others, and not having the time to play the game, or work on my own figures, its about time I start. I will be working on a few different armies. The first - Tyranids. Well I am a little undecided On the color scheme for them. I have narrowed it down to two different. The first pictures are of the darker version. I'm leaning towards this because it looks more menacing. The second two pictures are the brighter colors, more clean and crisp. These are not finished yet, will be defining the colors and details. Question, which do you like more. Thank you for any comments. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Blog Entries: 2 | ![]() The second scheme is much better looking. It shows off more of the model and it really shows how well painted it is. They both look good, but the second set of pictures looks "right."

Blog Entries: 1 | i'm lovin the second one too. the light skin tone contrasts better with the dark chitin and is overall more interesting to look at ( that's not to say that the first scheme wasn't interesting, just that the second one is better imo ) |

Blog Entries: 1 | Wow man, those figures look very nice and clean and I do like the second scheme as well as I am lovin the contrast in the colors. Sometimes the contrast can be a bit too much, but these colors seem to compliment each other! Well done!
