Not really.. Some people consider that part of a 'message of hate' and therefore will refuse or charge extra. I only know this because I tried to get shirts printed up for a WWII battle featuring a hammer & sickle inside the Soviet Red Star, and the imperial eagle (first with, and seocnldy w/out swastika). 3 companies refused the shirt, and two more wanted double or more the regular price.

but would they recognize the Eagle without the Swastika? The reason why Im pushing this is because its close to the Aquila and not under GW copyright. We had our 9th Panzer Divsion Shirts made without a seemingly hard time (woot to the 9th)

it was a nice shirt we had a halftrack on the back with 9th Panzer Divsion, and a list of our tour of duty (sorta like a concert shirt a band would make when they goon tour)

ahh! I know that shirt, our Scout Sargeant has one! It may well have been just my locality. I say try it anyway.
