I totally agree with what Munkey and Erus are saying, but I am just trying to bring a different perspective to the discussion. Looking to the "Lowest of the low" can be quite benificial I agree, but it can bite you in the rear as well. My life experiences has put me a bit on the defensive in terms of trusting responsibility to those who have not proved there worth/loyalty. I was just simpily making a few sugestions for every ones consideration and I am sure it was not personal I feel that the response to my thoughts was a bit on the agresive side. My only wish is to see 40k Terra operate at peak efficiency with as little problems as possible. I only add my oppinion when I think it can shed a different light on a situation or to support an already strong idea.

If the Admins have already sucesfully been delegating responsiblities than I am confused as to why it is in discusion at all? But I do hope that they keep up the good work. The only thing that I would like to see is a little more Battle Field support, witch already has a thread started so I won't say any more on this subject.

I will stop wasting space now and let the conversation continue on to different and more relevent issues.

You were simply airing your opinion which, even if some people don't agree with it, is always something I personally wouldn't want to stifle.

I agree that assistants would be lovely, but as Erus quite correctly pointed out that sort of aid would invalidate someone's ability to actually be a staff member- when staff are running larger projects (such as the quiz where I was the only staff member involved) having willing, trust worthy members help out is essential. But as both Erus and Munkey pointed out, to again use the quiz as an example, if Munkey had fouled up or abused any lee way given (can't think of any lee way but you never know) then it would have been on my head for allowing him to help.

I wont go on beating a dead horse (me and custodians) as I imagine with the discussion already ongoing about the election of new ones I may be tiring people with my rhetoric.

WHAT I WANT
What I would like in the distant future (or not so distant future) is forums that have some sort of timelock (like what you told me about concerning the initial plans for the quiz, Ikarus). They wouldn't necessarily have to be solely for a quiz, they would equally serve any function where a short time limit would useful- a speed painting comp for example.

We have a Screen Printer here that I've used for the kid's baseball uniforms who will do 50 shirts, one color print, for $200. Not bad @ $5.00 a piece, including the shirt.
