Blog Entries: 3  |  You Tell What needs to be done: The Administration team has been busy due to personal life issues and what not. Me = I'm busy with school and getting ready for college. So I am asking people to bear with my slowness.. I know its slow. Thats where I need you Terrans to tell me what needs to be done. Need to have certain categories/boards created? I got about 10+ suggestions, and I will try to accommodate as I can. I ask for real suggestions please. Nothing unreasonable =) And we will get on it.

I hopefully should be running that comp starting by the end of next week (as in that's when the 1st PMs with questions will start being sent, cleared my inbox/sent and everything so I can handle the 'traffic'  ). I do need a little (North) American helper though so anyone who isn't taking part but would like to earn themselves my undying gratitude PM me for detailsA little thing that would probably only please me- when your looking through the member list it'd be nice to be able to organise the full list other than alphabetically i.e by post count, join date, rep points etc. I'm not sure how big of a task that would be but I like to look at lists and it'd be nice to see who our active members are with those sorts of filters in place.

Let me all inform you this - Yes I have made staff positions cut down largely (removing colored green arbites) But I am pushing to get not just staff members involved with 40kterrra anymore, but all members. I will start developing some new committees. These are not STAFF positions to say, but they are NOT any different than being part of the site, and not being valued. We will also look to get badges for these usergroups. Staff only regulate and enforce rules, others are the real contributors.
