okay, a few points;

- do you really need the master of sanctity?! a reclusiarch is just as killy but gives up far fewer victory points because of his 2 wounds...
neither can count as a scoring unit anyways, so why spend extra pts for a 3-wound model that will give up half his victory pts once he's knocked down to one wound?!!

- take that pair of lightning claws you can still get in the vet squad... you'll only be happy having another 3 power weapon strikes that can re-roll to boot!

- veteran sergeants with power weapons really need melta bombs to protect the squad from dreads and such...
conversely, a vet sergeant with a power fist doesn't need the melta bombs as his fist can deal with any threat!

overall it's a pretty good list with lots of bodies! the only thing might look at would be losing all the frag grenades and get some scouts in there to support one of your two main assault units...
scouts are without doubt the ultiment assault unit in the space marine army!

cheers!

the melta guns will stop tanks also the vet with melta bombs is part of a squad with melta bombs so he has to have melta bombs. i also decide against lightning claws as i had enoght points to get a tank hunting land speeder with out the lightning claws

You have a walking army with limited anti-tank capabilities. And no ranged Low Ap weaponry. (Well, alright, the Multimelta on the Land speeder). Anybody you are close enough to shoot with a meltagun is close enough to charge you. By the time you get close enough to shoot a tank with a melta gun, it has had three or four turns to shoot you.
Beware shooty armies, especially Imperial Guard, Tau, and Eldar. Even more beware fast shooty armies. Dark Eldar, Eldar, Tau=all would seem to be of great danger to your army.
You have to give the Chaplain Terminator Honours, and I would give him and his command squad Furious Charge. I would give the Veteran Squad Lightning claws too. I would pay for it by dropping the second Bolt Pistol & CCW Squad and use the left-over points to make a small veteran tank hunter squad with a Lascannon and Plasmagun. It only costs 115 points for one, and they can be life savers against an enemy with several tanks.
I have played a similar list to yours with my Black Templars, and they pretty much died for the emperor without achieving much against the Tau. Against a space wolf army they did ok, though Frost Blades are wicked things.
