| NUMBERS! I have no idea how many men are in your squads... however, I can say this. Drop the arty armor on your HQs, its not worth it as they will most often be facing powerweapons in CC, and there are more AP2 weapons than AP3.

| Okay, that helps. I don't play BT, but I've glanced at their codex and they seem pretty similar to normal SM, so here it goes. I'd say, that, for a squad of ten single wound models, even with all their kicka** upgrades, the termie honored furious charging Sword Brethern are WAY to expensive, if you can, replace them with a normal Termie squad and a Heavy Flamer, and then deepstrike them. (I'm think of like a 8 man termie squad). Also, the Dreadnought... simply put WTF!!! Heavy flamer AND lascannon???? That's my take at least... I think the best Dreads are just cheap normal dreads with extra armor... 110 points and a pretty balanced unit. The ccw squad needs a rhino, as perhaps one of the other squads, either that or you need to make them smaller. Also, you only really have 2 tank-hunting units... one of which is a fire magnet (dread). You may want to get some melta guns, or perhaps a Sword Brethern squad with tank hunters (can you do that?). And have you considered giving your HQ's command squads? Or do they just run around wild by themselves?

| the dread is the least of my worries i play him right (ie: hes only been destroyed once in 30 games) he has the las for killin big **** and then he can follow up with a heavy flamer when hes close. the hqs go with the sword brethren squads and then the sword brethren will go behiung the other squads to keep out of fire. i dont play a lot of barrage so im worried about that. my troops are tough as hell so they are ther to soak up fire. the one sword brethren squad can infil trate which will help when they get up close and personal with people

| well, if you put an IC in with the infiltrating sword brethren squad, then they can no longer infiltrate... also, any time reserves/escalation are in play your hq's are likely fethed because they'll likely come into play at different times than the squad/s you want them to run with! finally, lose the artificer armour as, as pointed out above you'll hardly ever get the better save what with 'mixed armour', ap2 weapons and special close combat attacks! lose the termie honours on the one SB squad and add some neophytes for added numbers, especially in your main assaulty templar squad! i'd also define the pred a bit better... right now it's got 3 'main' weapons meanign if it moves it gets upto 2 shots max with the autocannon! either make it a proper annhilator or else go for heavy bolter sponsons and drive it up with your infantry!!! (8 ap4 shots/turn is very scary!) cheers!

| Rhinos. The extra speed makes it well worth it. Though, if you play omega missions a lot, you may want to get more CC. Oh, and while double posting is annoying... triple is really bad. Please, edit your posts instead of multiposting.
