Desperate need of help against DE

Ok so im PLaying dark Eldar and i need help
Ok this is the list i came up with, need input please

HQ: Tigurius-165

Heavy: 10 Man Devestator Squad- 275

Might want to rethink him...DE have some nasty anti-psyker equipment but he might not take any of it...never know

Its ok. Flexable and such. Might loss Frags and go with plasma guns instead of flame. But thats just my preference. I don't think you'll be assauting him in cover much since he'll be launching the attacks most likely. You want to shoot a lot!

No. Lascannons are worthless against DE. Heavy bolters have a much better chance of hitting and with more shots they can penitrate just as often as a Las...AND THEY CAN KILL INFANTRY!

I REALLY think that two Predators with side sponson Heavy bolters and turret autocannons would do better if you have any tanks at all! I'd go with less tank power and more man power!

Meltabombs? No! Their only vehicles are skimmers!! If anything give the squad a plasma pistol or something. Flamers would also be nice...either one

Loose both of these and expand on the Termie squad? Give the a cyclone missile launcher...and more bodies!!!

less armour more troops
lose the lascannons
more flamers
the H bolter kill his infantry
no meltabombs
id throw a few more power weapons in there just for good measure

i think the thing that would be very useful is a lrc with blessed hull but it is very expensive(strongest DE gun is str 8).The blessed hull is too stop those lance weapons.

it could be a transport option for those termies

those lance would crack that armour like a thin shelled walnut
its not worth th epoints when you could put more troops out there

Their basic weapons (Splinter Weapons) aren't that great in fact.

A splinter rifle is S3 AP5 24" rapid fire.

The pistol is the same but a pistol.

BUT where they really come into their own is the heavy and special weapons!

Splinter Cannon S4 SP5 ASSAULT 4!!!!! 24"

Dark Lance S8 AP2 Lance, heavy 36" Lance means that armor above 12 only counts as 12, basically it can penitrate/glance that lovely land raider on a +4

Shredder S6 SP- Assault 1, 12" Blast

Blaster S8 AP2 Assault 1, 12", lance.



What is really worrying is that a warrior squad can take two dark lances/splinter cannons AND two shredders/blasters for only 40 pts for all four weapons no matter the combo one takes! + Every transport can take a Dark lance

War gear for Characters:

Terror Fex Assault 1 12" Blast. No damage but causes the unit hit to take a pinning test at -1 leadership for every model after the first one hit!!! And its wargear so that character can still have two weapons!!!




THIS is only shooty stuff...just read the Dex over for the CC stuff...
(Look at your local GW's or your opponents... )

you dont need to be black templars to use lrc and braindeleted blessed hull negates the effect of those lance weapons

I know but blessed hall is a Black Templar upgrade....so....thats that.


Plus haywire gernades aren't lance weapons...they're gernades.

black templars have their own dex my friend
cant use their stuff in my SW army
or my buddies B angels
other wise every one would have wolf pelts and death companies
and sword brothers(they are soo cool)

if i was u i would try to shoot them as much as possible before you go into assault phase as those dark eldar wont get a save against most of your guns
