honestly i've never looked at kroot or tau so i would be completely useless in this one but thought i'd say Hi.

Well you have strength of numbers but there just isn't enough anti-tank.
Giving the Master shaper a Melta-gun and all the other shapers Eviserators or Melta-bombs will help a lot.

But then you still have the problem of getting close enough to use them.
Infiltrating the army in front of the enemy lines is pretty much a suicidal tactic.
A unit of krootox will help here too. Just make sure they stay in cover.

its all about the first turn when I'm not in the jungle (This would be only tournaments because my friends love a good jungle fight too) and If I get first turn its all good

I only fear tank heavy guard or armored company

but really what I like is I can set up after my opponent always so I can plan it out

Krootox suck they can't infiltrate

Ok I will...

1) you can't have both Chameleon and fast reflexes, either or and they have to be applied to the whole entire army (even the lowliest kroot sniper). So pick your poison, I prefer fast reflexes, but thats just me.

2) Every squad that has fleet should have blood of the stalker and sure foot charm. Why you ask? Well the army is supposed to pull of first turn charges and starting 12 inches away and being able to move 18 inches in your turn, well it tips the game in your favor.

3) Melta bombs are only useful if you have a power weapon, but if you want anti-tank evicerators are the way to go since you get more attacks and they are multi purpose.

4) headhunter kindred needs an evicerator, they spit acid and are meant to kill "big things" and evicerators help out a lot.

5) Your troop squads a too big and will most likely do nothing, so cut them down to 10 and buy some more effective first turn assault squads. (perhaps more head hunters?)

I don't have both they cost the same points so I would just decide which to use before a game but I would go with fast reflexes for tournaments I guess
