Default NEW Shrieking Falcons 1500 Points

Okay, I worked out my army list and edited a little.

Traits: Cleanse and Purify, See but don’t be seen,

Drawbacks: Eye to Eye

HQ

Master, Power Weapon, Plasma Pistol, Combat Shield, Infiltrate – Points 118

Command Squad x 6 – Emperor’s Champion, Apothecary, Plasma Gun, BP&CCW, Infiltrate – Points 115

Both of the squads together are a bit expesnive for 1500 points in my opion, however, I still think I shoud keep them as they are.

Elites

Dreadnought – Venerable, Extra Armor, Assault Cannon, and CCW

Assault Terminators x 5 – Thunder Hammers and Stormshields x 2, Lighting Claws x 3 – 200 Points

Troops

Scout Squad x 6 – Bolters x 5, Heavy Bolter – 70 Points

Actually, I'm not sure what the point of this squad is any more, as I already have all of my army inflitrating, comment appriacted.

Tactical Squad x 8 – Bolters, Plasma Gun, Heavy Bolter Infiltrate – 135 Points

If I had enough points I'd get a vet w/ powerfist, but I don't have enough points

Tactical Squad x 8 – Bolters, Melta Gun, Plasma Pistol, Terminator Honors, Infiltrate – 179 Points

I think this squad is a bit of a points sink, but just the same a needed squad, I took the termie honors to get the plasma pistol, which I feel when combined with the extra attack are well worth it.

Fast Attack

Assault Squad x 8 – CCW, BP, Termie Honors, Power Fist – 206 Points

Landspeeder – Heavy Bolter, Assault Cannon – 80 Points

Heavy Support

Dev. Squad x 8 – Missile Launchers x 2, Lascannons x 2 Bolters – 230 Points

The lascannons are extra OOMPH! in this squad, however, if I used all missile launchers I could use the extra points for termie honors and more bodies. COMMENTS!

Total Points – 1500

I'd be careful with the assault terminators. without a land raider to get them into combat theyre going to suffer, and teleporting them isnt easy, and the lack of shooty weapons means they cant defend themsevles very well

HQ

+++ well, first off lose the plasma gun as it's a 'rapid fire' weapon, meaning if you shoot, you can't assault go for either a melta or a flamer...
also, i think you'll find a power fist vet sergeant much better (and safer!) than the company champion...

Elites

+++ i'd lose the venerable status on the dread - honestly, i find that usually when you force your opponent to re-roll they get a better result on the 2nd try!
as for the termies, as commando pointed out, unless you have a land raider for transport you're probably better off either droping them or else going for regular 'tactical' termies... a 6th body is also a must for scoring unit purposes.

Troops

Scout Squad x 6 – Bolters x 5, Heavy Bolter – 70 Points

+++ i'd say drop the heavy bolter and give them all sniper rifles makes opponents cry when their high toughness death gribblies easily start taking lots of wounds!

Tactical Squad x 8 – Bolters, Plasma Gun, Heavy Bolter Infiltrate – 135 Points
Tactical Squad x 8 – Bolters, Melta Gun, Plasma Pistol, Terminator Honors, Infiltrate – 179 Points

+++ lose the heavy bolter and get a second plasma gun! (you took the relevent trait, why not make use of it?!)
with the second squad, drop the sergeant's plasma pistol as watching 40 odd pts go boom! to an overheat sucks, and pick-up a second meltagun.
power fists are also recomened for both squads

Fast Attack

Assault Squad x 8 – CCW, BP, Termie Honors, Power Fist – 206 Points

Landspeeder – Heavy Bolter, Assault Cannon – 80 Points

+++ tasty! for the assault squad, flamers are simply evil also means you don't have to fear hoards as much as you can thin them down quite a bit before assaulting! (just be carefull not to leave yourself out of range!!!)

Dev. Squad x 8 – Missile Launchers x 2, Lascannons x 2 Bolters – 230 Points

+++ tasty


overall it's not a bad list - a few tiny fixes and such is all it really needs - the biggest being the terminators... again, i'd honestly say drop them and then you can kit your scouts out with sniper rifles and add in those all-important power fists! (maybe even get a 2nd tornado!*evil laugh*)
