your unit sizes are bit too unwieldy really... you're going to find it hard to keep mobs of 20 & 30 boyz out of eachother's way, plus you're not going to be able to maximise the cover options as you march across the battlefield!
i'd also take at least 1 battlewagon as they've become quite nasty! plus, nothing scares oppponents like mega armoured nobs. 2 wound, 2+ save models are difficult to get rid of any day of the week!

basically, i see this force as too slow and easily getting in eachother's way...
drop the assaulty units to 20 at max and make those shooty units 12 or 14 orks. now they'll be able to huddle into cover a bit easier.
a battlewagon or two to get the orks into the thick of it fasta would be a big help too!

Stitch has a very good point! This force is slow and will easily get tangled up on its self! Lower the unit size and spread out your points a bit more!

the trouble with the shooty units being smaller is that the amount of heavy weapons is dependent on squad size- I know what you mean though I'll rewrite the list to include some other units and prune away the existing squads to provide the points.
