Blog Entries: 3  |  Behavior Reminder : Please This is just a general reminder to all on this forum. Please, please, please respect each other! No reason to get heated, and angry. This is an open forum for discussion. We are here to talk, and have fun! Its just a game, its just a game. Remember that. So I would just want to tell people to have more open thoughts and if someone puts something that topic up that you do not agree, simply state your side and talk to the poster. This is the only way we will bring discussion. Please refrain from downgrading post or making personal attacks to members. We are members from all different backgrounds and experiences so we all have different thoughts. But we are all here about the game, and hopefully the game we love haha. So lets make 40kTerra a nice environment for the old and young. Furthermore:: There will be a LOT of things happening for 40kTerra. In recent light of events I have had more money, and its the holidays. We have been up for a year, and time to step it up. I am going to put more effort into propelling this site. Its just time to get organized. I am stepping up and guiding 40kTerra back to its roots. Oh yeah. Thanks all. Ikarus

Blog Entries: 1 | Good to hear your working hard on the site Ikky. I like the members here, but confontations are sometimes inenvitable. As long as everyone keeps their cool and respects everyone else, there should be no problems. Personally I haven't had any problems (I did get smited by Erus for spam posting, but I really watch my Ps and Qs now, lol) and think the site is great. There are many talented modelers, fluffmonkeys, and really knowledgeable players here. Hurray for Terra!

Blog Entries: 5  | agreed people, the only way this goes well is if we all agree on 1 thing: This is an awesome game. i think that we all do, else we would not be here. we come to get advice and history and lessons on various stages of the hobby. things should not get out of control, but they always will. just think about what you are posting before you post it. Blog Entries: 1 | i'll echo that. i think on the whole we have very few of the problems IK is talking about , and the ones we do have are easily resolved and quickly forgotten about. i also think that this attitude is something we should all be proud of as it would be all too easy to flame each other over silly little disagreements and misunderstandings. but we don't, so kudos to us

| For me a large helping of alcohol is always a good thing to have before posting. It gives my sense of humour a mighty boost so insults (not that I get any here) become mere annoyances. The only problem is posting takes me ages because I have to edit all the spelling mistakes.

There will always be times when things get fiery, this website deals with this best than any other, as with a gentle reminder like this, and the staff not acting like school teachers (or milk monitors!) when these things occur which is great! |
