I've never heard of Primer before, and it seems like Lieutenant General should come before General, but I really don't know military ranks very extensively. And perhaps General and Marshal switched.

Except we're going by the Imperial Guard ranks given in the Primer that Black Library published a while back.

see this used to be true orks used to have bolters as standard weapons
many sluggas are still modified bolt pistols
