Default Fulgrim

Fulgrim

Model WS BS S T W I A Ld Sv
Fulgrim, Lord of Perfection 7 5 6 6 5 5 7 10 2+/3+

Equipment: Saber of Laern(master crafted daemon weapon.. Red the fulgrim book/wiki on it for my reasoning), Bolt Pistol (master crafted), Artificier Armor, Eagle Circlet (my own invention... based of of my conversion idea), cloak of feather-blades.

Laern Saber: The Laern Saber is a daemon weapon pried from the dais of a Laern temple where Fulgrim planted the Eagle Standard of the Legio Astartes III, completing his bold claims to conqueror the gen-hance civilization within a month. The saber is a unique daemon weapon, and follows its own special rules. It grants +D6 attacks in close combat, is a power weapon, counts as a two-handed weapon, and inflicts Instant Death upon any wounded model, irregardless of toughness. However, before Fulgrim may attack a D6 must be rolled. On a roll of 1 the perverse and hidden influence of Slaanesh exerts itself from within the saber and no attacks may be made, and the Lord of Perfection suffers a wound with no armour saves allowed

Eagle Circlet: This circlet was gifted to Fulgrim by the Emperor upon the day he stood to lead his Legion, arising from the soil of Chemos to receive it from the very brow of the Emperor. It takes the appearance of a single, plain Imperial Eagle and a thin golden band. It acts as a Primarchs Iron Halo, as well as forcing every unit in close combat with Fulgrim to make a leadership test to see whether they hold or turn and flee from the Lord of Perfections countenance.

Cloak of Feather-Blades: An artifact created by master artificers from Chemos trained upon mars, the Cloak of Feather-Blades is formed of razor sharp adamnatium, and the sheen of it can often blind or stun an enemy. On a DC roll of 5+ at the start of any turn, any enemy unit that assaults or assault must declare so at that time and must strike after all other blows are made (end of enemy's shooting phase, after initiative one blows in assault phase).

Lord of Perfection: Fulgrims Legion has never known defeat in its long career. As such, they do not know the meaning of retreat, and any Emperors Children within 12" of Fulgrim operate under the effects of the Stubborn rule. This does not, however, apply to Fulgrim. He knows when to lead from the fore and when to let his Lord Commanders and their men prove their worth.

Honor of the Primarch: Fulgrim may possess a body guard comprising of any standard HQ choice and accompanying command squad, as per Codex: Space Marines.
