It is said it's surface was so bright, that to see it in the sun would blind all who looked upon it, and never in all the centuries of Crusade was it's surface marred, or edge dulled. In game terms, this weapon counts as a Master-Crafted Power Sword. Cuirass of Hera: Designed by Roboute Guilliman in honour of his foster father, Konor the last true Battle King of Macragge and created in the mightiest forges of the Ultramar system. It was a simple design that included all the modern applications of technology that the Emperor had brought with him, but the aesthetics harked back to the age of heroes and honourable warfare, a time that could be again in Guiliman's mind. Coloured the wintry blue of the Macragges mighty polar skies, and embossed with the symbol of Ultramar in a white metal that has defied knowledge-machines of the Adeptus Mechanicus ability to catergorise, it is one of the many wonders of this period of the Imperium's history. This armor grants a 2+ armour save. Aegis Laus: A vast Shield commissioned at the behest of the Primarch Horus as a gift to his newly found brother it was presented alongside the Emperor's gift of Decus Primus and was of such quality that nothing short of of a titan's gun could mar its surface. Devoid of any ostentatious gilt, the edge is bound in white metal, and covered over with golden laurels, the boss at it's center an Imperial Eagle perched on the symbol of Ultramar. Grants a 3+ invulnerable save Style of the Ancients: Schooled in the practices of Ancient Macragge warfare Guilliman has raised the Sword & Shield style to an art form beyond the heights that it's founders may have ever envisioned. Because of his skill and the extraordinary quality of his weapons any enemy in combat with Roboute Guilliman has -1WS & -1A to a minimum of 1 Strong Willed: Guilliman can choose whether to pass or fail morale tests always. Such is his calm, and so steeled is his nerve that nothing can truly force him to break, and such is his presence that none standing near him can bear to do otherwise. This is conferred on any unit he joins. Strategic Mastermind: Know far and wide before the coming of his father as a brilliant tactician, the Great Crusade was merely fuel to the brilliance of Roboute. With every enemy he ecountered, each move an weakness was recognized, exploited, and twisted until there was no other option but victory for the Legion. Any army including Guilliman can after all units (including infiltrators) have been Deployed re deploy D3 units. Also the player can force a re-roll of the dice to see who goes first in missions that this applies too. Leadership: Of all primarchs, Roboute could perhaps be called human, and yet of all he was the least. Such was the sheer magnitude of his presence, the gravity of his being, that any man loyal to his cause couldn't picture failing such a leader, and would give their all in death defying feats of strength and tenacity. Any friendly units within 12" of Guilliman must re-roll failed moral tests and take no negative modifiers for shooting or being out numbered in close combat. They strive not to disappoint him. (NOTE: This includes Space Marines unless their Primarch leads them) By the book: Though a tactical genius in his own right, Guiliman is of the type who will find a method of assault and stick to it, even when it becomes less effective. Drop assault are conducted in predictable waves, ground assaults in the same formations time and time again. In game terms, any units using 'Infilitrate' will have to declare where units will be infiltrating before their opponent deploys (note: Where, not which units will be where, but that A unit will be deployed at a particular spot). And in any term in which a unit may be deepstriking, they must announce the turn BEFORE the reserves roll where they intend to deploy their unit(s) next turn. This rule is null and void if only one unit is to be infiltrated or deep struck, as even the most predictable of men can hold surprises. Honor of the Primarch: Roboute Guilliman may possess a body guard comprising a Captain equipped with Power Sword & Storm Shield and an 8 Marine Ultramarine Honour Guard squad, as per Codex: Space Marines(pg51). credit- BrainDeleted
