so as i haven't figured out how i want to structure this i'm thinking we'll have X amount of heats depending on who wants to play and what region everyone is from. Heats will be held on weekends when its convient with a minimum of eight players. each player must declare what race they're gonna play the week before hand. keeping in mind that people (well some of us) have lives games can be broken down into smaller sub-rounds and decided on points. game replays must be saved and emailed to who ever we elect the "GAME MASTER!" and they can post the files somehwere that we can all watch.

plus if we want prizes may or may not be awarded depending on user reaction.

that cool with everyone? any ideas on improvement?

Sounds great, as long as we play a mod. I recommend the Dawn of Warhammer40K:Firestorm over Kronus.
