And since he's a chosen of the Chaos Gods... then they are either very stupid (I doubt it) or know what they're doing...

We all know Tzeentch is the most intelligent chaos god Also He has plans beyond Kill everything + bath in their blood, lets have lots of sex, and lets make everything rot + never take showers.

ON the point of those who MIGHT do it, there are the "Reincarnationists", such as Thorians, Horusians, who might attempt it.
