Default how do i strip models?

heya guys, i was just wondering how do i strip model's the reasons i need to do not matter but how do i do it?

like take of all the paint so it's like normal agian

brake fluid

2-3 bucks at auto zone for a small bottle

pour in bowl...let sit for a minute or so

take out clean off with water

let dry repaint

for plastics use simple green

the best thing i use for stripping metal models is nitromorse, dont use it on plastic, melts the stuff

I've heard simple green works great. I used Brake Fluid.

The models sat in a metal bucket over night, then were scrubbed with a toothbrush, then dried, then scrubbed again.

It worked! About 75-85% of the paint came off!

yea there is really a variety of things to use.

I think paint thinner is the best. Pinesol is also great for plastic.

the problem is since your stripping paint you really have to worry about melting the plastic on the models, caues you loose a lot of detail that way :P
