This thread will be fleshed out after work/concert tonight. Company Commanders may pass their candidates for Company Chaplain on to me, and I will administer 'the test'... For Mart, as long as you can do the fluff, you're fine (and I can understand delays due to your ban/painting frenzy). I just think the Chaplains would be more up to the First Chaplains Command before the Commanders. Besides... You really wanna tell me I answer to you? *hefts 'Stick and grins*

  | ok so when do the company asignments come down?...are we gonna go in order or give the chappies a preference first before you begin assigning them?...just wondering so I can get the command staff and supports listed...also how are we gonna include other specials in each battle company...ie dreads and librarians...or are we gonna hold them all in the Chapter masters command?...

The Chief Librarian recruits, then the Chief and sub-ordinates talk it over, and the chief talks to the co. commanders. Once the Librarian has been put in a post both the Capt. and Libby (or chappy) agree with... Alls good Basically.... We ask the Captains if any certain Chaplain/Libby (by the fluff I think each should have to write a bit of) would fit their Co. If they spy one, he can be assigned there. If that is not the case, we ask the remaining specialist style roles if they have a company they prefer that hasn't picked one, and the Chief of each division (libby or Chappy) assigns them from there... Does that sound fairly balanced and fair?
