Horus Vs Warchild - 40K Terra

Well guys, for some reason i am not being allowed to upload images right now, but we should continue anyway, I want this started.

Mission: Seek and Destroy
Table: 6x4
Victorry Conditions: Victory Points

Table (as I said I cant upload the image so if somebody could help me out, that would be great!) but the table is a large city format with a large manufactorum in the center of the table. This is a 5 level structure which is 2'x2' and dominates the battlefield. Several Buildings line the western side of the board, forming a large tank production plant. To the east is a barracks and housing for the factory workers. In the north east corner is a large trash heap with several scrapped tanks and other armored vehicles. Spread throughout this are various trench systems and fox holes as well as craters.

Well, that is a description of the board, some background story will be posted on the morrow. Warchild will be deploying in the south and horus will be deploying in the North.

and can the black area's be occupied or are they impassible( like a mountian of boarded up building with no enterance

The black is elevated and can be seen through completely, but any firing through it will cause the target to receive a 4+ cover save! The dark grey is down, yes and offers a 5+ cover save!

ok basically im going to run to warchild whilst going armound the buildings which means if he shoots at me i get my 4+ save.
when im within range im going to unleash holy hell, with half of the troops on one side, and half on the other, this means which ever way warchild directs his fire, i will still have somewhere left to shoot from,

the vindicator will be montionless as soon as it is within range

im hoping abby will move forward with the plaque marines(20 of em) which is a big tough sheild for warchild to shoot through, im going to protect abby until he is within combat or close firing, the khorne berzerkers and being trusted to run at warchild, i dont care if they die becuase it gives the rest of my troops chance to advance, whereas if he leaves the zerkers, and they get to cc, warchild will have problems, and the c lord of bike will be riding along side abby

Well here we go. Lets make this bloody
Since most of Horus's force is coming down the right side my bikers will ignore there options 1-2 and go for 3-4 to help get rid of Abby. I will ignore the left side as long as i can taking the fight to the bulk of his force. My BC squads 3 and 4 will move up to the building to get a good fire point on the zerks. I will move the rest of my force up the right side using the cover to my advatage,the vindi will move to just the other side of the trenches to get some range but not to far and start hammering those plague marines. My bikes will wait till Abby gets a little closer and then rush up and DS my Wolf priest and his bodyguard. in support to the bikes my Ven Dread will lay down hell on the approaching chaos.
I wanna do as much damage to him as i can before his vindi and the other forces on the left can get over to support his right side

I vote Warchild cause Space Wolves are fairly nasty in Close Combat and it may take time for the vindi to get near and well almost anything gives cover lol

I will also vote forWarchild. His refused flank gambit will destroy Horuses left and the berzerkers in the center before the chaos forces on the right can effectively respond. Then Warchild cah pivot on the Bloodclaws in the center building and roll up the chaos line

The x15 man BC packs are really gonna do some hurt especially with the 1ksons,CSM squads and vindi on the other side.
The bikes will def cause some havok and tie up abby and the Lord while the Priest and his termis come on and unleash some hell. The 2 x15 BC packs should take care of the Bezerkers no prob and that leaves a Vindicator, 2 more x15 BC squads and a Ven Dread to hit the plague marines. And then alli have to do is consolidate and whats left of the chaos force will be Doomed!
