 |  Dark Angels? Well for many months and years I have been trying to make a great tournement list. Now its logical that most tournements have SM armies, and such. So seeing that the new Dark Angels coming out, can anyone tell me the pros to Dark Angels? |

 | Put this in the Dark Angels section please! I'm only subsribed to that one! Dark Angels have several advantage currently. You can give stubborn to any Vet Sarge, and all independant characters MUST have it. All your terminators are stubborn. You get terminator armour for 15 less points. You have access to the Sword of Secrets and Blades of Reason (which are nice). Ravenwing landspeeders and bikes get an aditional 6+ "jink save". Basically, theyre ultramarines with some cool wargear, that never run. Until the new codex come out, then they'll likely change and be as divergent and Black Templars with all kinds of sweet speacial rules. Oh! and the best part! They look sweet, and are very easy to paint!

| Conscript | the rumours ive heard for DA seem quite off-putting to be honest like the removal of intractable and marine squads being either 5- or 10-man only. i guess well have to wai until the book comes out before we can say what their pros/cons are they have a great background though |

| I still don't know whether to hope for some butt-kickin' new rules that make them ultra hard, or more toned down crap to castrate them like my Templars.

| yeah, but you'd better save up your cash on the front end and order a bunch of the troop boxes, cus they'll probably be limited release like the templar stuff and you'll have to buy a $50 box of 'accessories' and then regular boxed sets to make the models you want...

| only 5 or 10 man squads :s they better not be ridiculas like that... I'd be ok with it if they took away itractible and just made em all stubborn :P

| IIRC, the new dark angels are march '07... meaning we'll most likely get the battle force last week of march and have to wait till april for the codex?!O.o cheers!
