So here are the two army lists I have made for the Devil Dogs. These are just rough drafts, so please critique and leave feedback.

The Devil Dogs deviate from the codes astrates slightly. They use the "Cleanse and Purify" trait and have the minor disadvantage of "Die Standing"
The Devil Dogs prefer fast lightning strikes, and blitzkrieg assaults.

Please not, my sharpness is not being an ass or saying your list is bad.

Drop the bionics, it's not really worth it. I would consider loosing the melta bombs on the chappy too, you have a good enough anti tank selection.

Loose the combat shields on the assault squad sergeants, and make the devs 3 missile launchers and one las.

If you're going to mix at all it should be in a 3-1 ratio unless you're SW w/ long fangs.

I like the bionics on the techmarine, but here is my suggestion for him: If you drop the lascannons on the devs down to missile launchers, loose the combat shields and melta bombs, and you should have enough pts. to give the tech marine a FULL servo harness and jump pack. This produces a tech marine with twin linked plasma pistol, 7 power weapon attacks, 2 power fist attacks from the servo harness, and a twin linked flamer and whatever gun you want to give him. And he's jump infantry. That is just a SICK combo. And seems to fit your fluff better.

Devil Dogs-1000 point army

127-Chapliam Salirus
Jump Pack, terminator honours, bionics, frag grenades, meltabombs

yea, i definitely agree with erus. bionics are cool, but they are too expensive. i think you could drop bionics and save the points for something else ? :] let's see..

157-Squad Caleb-Assault Marines (5)
Jump packs, 2 flamers, Veteran Seargent w/powerfist, combat shield

nice. i think the combat shield might be unnecessary as well, it's really just extra points to have to spend. i recommend, say, dropping the combat shield and giving the sergeant a bolt pistol to go with the powerfist: it's a great CC combo :]

122-Squad Damas-Scouts (8)
Boltguns, heavy bolter, 1 sniper rifle
scouts are fun! if you want, you could maybe switch out some points to make the HB into a missile launcher ? it's annoying i know, but then the ranges on the heavy weapons are the same, and then you have decent mid-range support in the bolters as well.

122-Squad Belial-Scouts (8)
Boltguns, heavy bolter, 1 sniper rifle

same as above. alternatively, you could drop some stuff to make one or more of these squads completely sniper rifle outfitted, and then add a missile launcher ? it would serve as a great long range fire team then, as opposed to a slightly less specialized squad.

165-Squad Arcanus-Devastators (6)
Boltguns, 1 lascannon, 2 missile launchers

fair enough. the lascannons will help with the heavy tanks

165-Squad Mellius-Devastators (6)
Boltguns, 1 lascannon, 2 missile launchers

same as above :]

70-Land Speeder Typhoon

not bad. i prefer tornados myself, but they are slightly more expensive. the missiles will be a good addition against heavy infantry or light tanks as well.

70-Land Speeder Typhoon

Devil Dogs-1750 point army

127-Chapliam Salirus
Jump Pack, terminator honours, bionics, frag grenades, meltabombs

again, probably drop the bionics. and if you ever find that you need points, you could also drop the termie honors. he's a CC powerhouse as it is, adding termie honors just makes him into a CC monster, so termie honors is kind of optional. your call though, of course ! :]

179-Squad Caleb-Assault Marines (6)
jump packs, 2 flamers, Veteran Seargent w/powerfist, combat shield

nice. note above on the combat shield: i just don't think it's worth it. the powerfist shouldn't be picked out too easily by shooting, and the sergeant should perform pretty well in CC as it is.

105-Techmarine Phaeton
Space marine bike, frag grenades, bionics

nice ! again, no bionics. he already has a 3+ save, and he's got the cool bike rules, so you can drop bionics for more points to spend :]

89-Squad Damas-Scouts (6)
Boltguns, heavy bolter,

good, inexpensive anti-infantry.

89-Squad Belial-Scouts (6)
Boltguns, heavy bolter,

repetition is good :] at least, i say so.

175-Squad Validus-Tactical Marines (8)
Boltguns, 2 plasmaguns, Veteran Sergeant w/ storm bolter, power weapon

fair enough. i think you could drop the power weapons from these guys though. the twin plasmaguns will be maximized at range, and so to get your points' worth from the sword you would have to cut down the efficiency of the plasmaguns. again, your call though :]

175-Squad Janus-Tactical Marines (8)
Boltguns, 2 plasmaguns, Veteran Sergeant w/ storm bolter, power weapon

see above :]

200-Squad Arcanus-Devastators (6)
Boltguns, 2 lascannon, 2 missile launchers
100-Razorback w/twin lascannons, extra armor, dozerblade

nice. i like this. unless you consistently play on maps with tons of difficult terrain though, the dozerblade could be removed. it looks cool though, i can't argue with that ! haha

200-Squad Mellius-Devastators (6)
Boltguns, 2 lascannon, 2 missile launchers
100-Razorback w/twin lascannons, extra armor, dozerblade

210-Land Speeder Typhoon (3)
nice. both of these lists are pretty solid in terms of anti-tank and anti-infantry. a few notes inside, most notably to drop the bionics from everyone, and combat shields as well, but of course, it is your army ! don't let us decide for you

good luck vishnoff !

I was under the impression that a techmarine could not have a a full servo harness and a bike or jump pack.

Never heard that before, and (as a local bands new album is titled) 'Nothing in the rulebook says' that you can't, or at least I can't find it.

Default freaking sweet

Well then, I am very happy. Now I must contend with a major decision. Put the guy on a bike or a jump pack. Either way I get to convert something cool. I am leaning towards the bike. The extra point of toughness and the potential of a 2+ invulnerable save is very tempting.
