Space marine suits are fully sealed Env-suits.
therefore need a lot of space inside (for cables, cooling, etc)
not to mention sophisticated tech-warez.

Well, technically, the Tyranid fleets are bio-ships, so they either don't breathe or are able to breathe in space. But there is no oxygen in space, so...what would they inhale?
