 |  Iron Hands?? Can anyone tell me more about the Iron Hands, fluff, organization, doctrine, where to get parts (since I'm really bad at sculpting), etc? I know a bit about them but I'm just wondering if I'm overlooking anything. I'm planning to add about a 1500 pt force to my Black Templars for apocalypse. I've been working on them for while and I really like what I have so far but in particular I'd just like to have them fleshed out a bit more. I mean they are one of the original 18 legions and they barely get mentioned in just about anything. Thanks in advance everyone, Baron

| the iron warrior bitz are also usefull if you remove all the horns and such as they're the older mk's of power armour... you might be able to snag some from mail order in the next few days, but keep in mind about the upcoming change! in-game, iron hands get the options for including more dreads, (including multiple venerable dreads!) termie armour for UC's and you can replace the captain/masters with an up-graded techmarine... be carefull though - it's dead easy to go for broke making an iron hands army! they typically tend to be rather small numerically as they simply have so many damn cool, (yet pricey!) options. cheers!

| Ya I have some of the actual Iron Hands bitz as well as the old Iron Warriors bitz I plan on using and I probably will get a dreadnought. I just have a real hard time with the shoulderpads and markings for the terminators. Any suggestions for that? Also are the ten clan companies fully named/symbols anywhere? Thanks again Baron

| All looks good sofar..... For dreads and termies make GS molds and mold some of the hands off the tact pads. OR dump a little money in FW stuff and do something simular. I also reccommend lots/tons of conversions as bionics are easy to do.

| Ya Ive been fooling around with the bionics a bit and they are pretty easy considering I have a ton of SM bits from my Templars lying around if I screw up. good Idea for the hands and the terminator shoulder pads I'll remember that.

| allright thanks though I'd imagine each of the clan companies would have their own motto as well so I might just come up with one since I'm going to be doing a Clan Raukaan or Garaask force. Its kinda cool not having much done before b/c I'm pretty much creating this Legion/chapter b/c no one else has doen much with them. Thanks again for the help guys. Baron
