Blog Entries: 5   |  Painting Tutorial: plague marine armour Step 1. first thing i liked to do is to paint all the metal and trim with chailmail. http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m...cture043-1.jpg Step 2. i covered all the chainmail with some brown ink. http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m...Picture044.jpg Step 3. here i painted the armour with beastil brown http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m...Picture045.jpg Step 4. next i got some waterdowned cheastnut ink and brushed that on the entire mini to give it that dirty look. since i dont measure when i mix stuff i couldnt tell you the ratio of water and ink http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m...cture046-1.jpg Step 5. now once the ink was dry i painted all the brown parts of the armour with kommando khaki making sure to leave some of the brown to show through. http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m...Picture047.jpg

Blog Entries: 1 | Hey, I just noticed something. Why are they carring bolt pistols? The only thing that could make them look any better would be some red bolters! Nevertheless, I love their look. They look sickly, old, decaying, infested, rotting (right, that is all the Nurgly adjectives I can think of right now), just the way Grandfather likes! Outstanding work.
