| Corporal ![]() | Erus, I'll have several different leather tuts put together in this thread. This is number One: Luscious well kept leather. Base coat. Tzeench bless Foundation Paints ![]() Now here is the tricky bit. This colour is very deep and the only word to describe it is luscious. Red Gore, Chaos Black and Snakebite Leather in roughly 5:2:1 mix. ![]() simple blend into red gore and highlighted with Blood Red. ![]() Lastly, to get that shine that you only get when you've cleaned and polished leather... ![]() PVA Glue. |

Blog Entries: 4 | Not sure GW sell scotched brown. Scorched I do have though. ![]() also graveyard earth if needed. The foundation is astronomicon grey...and I assume you could use gloss varnish to the same effect as the PVA?

Blog Entries: 5 | It looks good. Have you considered using a lamp or natural sunlight and turning the flash on your camera off to avoid that odd little sheen you are describing? I take all my photos by lamp light and it seems to work just fine for me.
