I would like to see a rule where if a squad has a vox and line of sight on a target, an indirect fire weapon can deduct not only their own BS but that of the observing squad as well. This would simulate Forward observers and how they are able to call in more accurate artillery strikes. It's not the character, it's the terminator command squad around him.
A 7 man RR unit can take out a bike squad if the squad doesn't have a chaplin in it or a hive tyrant without a retinue, but this is a "wish list". Why not have the unit be useful for the ENTIRE game?

yeah i know a wile back in GW leicester qwertyblarg was going to have 1 of those armies
but other wise i think that GW may keep doctrines sustem as it work all it needs is some twecking

Not power weapons, just regular pig pokers and flashlights would be a big improvement.
