|  Ogryns any one have advise on these guys? I'm going to field at least one unit in my army. I'm using converted Ogre bulls. I only have three right now. I think it would be nice to add more, and include a Bone 'ead. I think I feel like I'm going to have to put them in a chimmera though. Otherwise I'm not so sure they'll ever get into assult on my terms (only ever get to fight specialized assult units, if any thing, becuase the'll be shot to death.) Any suggestions? Is anyone fielding them in their armies? |

| Re: Ogryns i have a 10 man ogyrn squad i tend to use them as a resve and i send them towards the enamy coverd by one of my russes and huging terran

| Re: Ogryns I run Ogryns in the minimum with a Bone'ead. The only problem is that we live in the age of the powerfist and it is very dangerous for ogryns to come out of their barracks against most armies. I've had fun with them against Tau, and Necrons but I don't get to play against many guard armies. Anything army with S8 power fists and they don't really work. When Chaos had spiky bits, and taking master crafted lightning claws was in vogue I would still use them then and I have taken out raptors and Chaos Marines alike. It's always risky though.

| Re: Ogryns s6 does mean if there are any pesky grav-tanks you can open them up with the ogryns

| Re: Ogryns well lets see S6 armour 10 roll to hit and you need a 4 to glance and a 5 to pin semms to me grav tanks chimeras rhinos and most other light tanks although I personally would not take them in frunt of a russ or something of the like.

| Re: Ogryns yeah there will be pics. I just got going on the conversions. I ground of the mustache, got rid of the gut plate, and changed the boots. If I can I'll try to do a before/ after painted. |
