|  snipers hi i was wondering how much points do snipers cost and how much can you have in an army also whats better ratlings or normal snipers

| Re: snipers Well, i think normal snipers are the best, i've never used ratlings, but Cadians look cooler anyway. Just use the Light Infantry trine and instead of taking a heavy weapon you can replace one guardsman in yoursquad for a cadian sniper. |

| Re: snipers Ratlings are by far and away the better choice. You can take them in a unit of up to 10, they get a +1 cover save and you can have them go to ground instead of routing. The only way to get the other snipers is in a special weapon squad ( only 3 troopers can have sniper rifles) or the light infantry doctrine ( only 1 trooper can have one). Ratlings are cheaper per rifle than the other options. |
