Default Transmission: Cymia,Prime

Transmission: Historical Record of Cymia Prime>
<Prime_Export: Armaments, Titanium Alloy>
<Location: Segmentum Obscurus| Sub-Sector Epsilon Hydra>
<World: Cymia Prime>
<Population: 8,000,000,000>
<Located to the galactic North of Holy Terra, the Epsilion Hydra Sub-Sector is made up of near eight different systems. The primary system being the Cymia system. Cymia Prime being the leading Militant and Industrial power in the sub-sector.

Cymia Prime is geologically made up of several continents that are covered with hives and alloy rich mountains. with nine out of ten of the major cities situated in the enclaved mountain ranges the rest of the world has been left largely untouched by the industry of the planets factories and bustling hives.

The lands around the hives is a chemical wasteland, in which the vast majority of the Imperial Guard Regiments raised on Cymia Prime maintain their hazardous environment training in. Much of this pollution is caused from the titanium mines around the cities. With the mountains forming a geological barrier between the pollutants and the verdant wild life outside of the metropolises the rest of the world has been allowed to continue to grow healthily.

<New_Transmission><Prime,Cymia_Defense_Systems_Pla netary_INFO>

With nearly 83.3% of the worlds population living within the hive cities there is a high need for employment and labor. The massive factories that belch forth pollutants into Cymia Prime's skies a major source of pay for the population. Other wise the Imperium has seen the extreme uses the soldiers from Cymia Prime are in war. For more answers to rising social unrest the Imperial Guard and the Planetary Counsel decreed that Imperial Guard regiments from Cymia Prime would be raised quickly and trained full time. This has led to a huge amount of soldiers to be turned out from the planet.

Aside from the common Imperial hive citizens there is a population of the original human inhabitants that live out on the plains. nine out of ten "tribes" are within a primitive state of living. This has not stopped the Imperial Guard from recruiting them into Cymia's many regiments to serve as scouts and calvary.

When attacked from outside forces and foes of the Imperium the planets massive population is often tithed into planetary defense regiments, which has lead to the training of all citizens starting at an early age. This makes the population of Cymia Prime highly protected and allows her regiments to range far and wide in the Empire of Man.

Orbiting around Cymia Prime are the twin orbital defense fortresses the Troy and the Antioch. With these two massive fortresses guarding the sky and the station Troy being large enough to become a part time naval port if need be. (Note in the same star system there are already two other naval ports.) From both these fortresses air drop training for the elite Storm Trooper and grenadier squads are maintained. Their drop training simply is making a drop to their own world (note they also train on Cymia's orbiting moon, Falgyr) into the chemical wastes around the hives.

<New_Transmission><Cymia Prime_Librarium_History>

The history of Cymia Prime is one of much bloodshed and warfare. one hundred short years after its initial assimilation into Imperial Empire, and its industry began to grow, war came to the Hydra Sub-Sector. It was constant raiding from the Traitor Legions on a small ash world called Torraga IV, that soon turned into a full scale war within the sub-sector. Cymia Prime's regiments (most of which had barely seen an ounce of combat.) where sent directly to Torraga IV, two systems over. With ten long years of combating the Great Enemy the regiments were brazened in the art of war.

After the traitors and cultists had been driven out or destroyed, the regiments continued to join battle groups and fight all across the Imperium's many fronts. Within the next several thousand years Cymia Prime it self would be assaulted twice by the forces of chaos (one war in which has left the second imperial World (Jarrhad IX) was virus bombed and the entire world made uninhabitable. The third and most recent massive war to waged on Cymia Prime's own soil. A massive Ork WAAAGH! had enveloped the sub-sector and had caused untold misery to the forces that fought for near fifty years to clean out the xenos from the Hydra Sub-Sector.

Enjoy. Comments welcome, this is all rough draft and is only for my own Regiment.

um not to be mean and dont take this the wrong way but this needs to be in fluff and fan fiction.

I might get into next if I where you a more spsific detailed origen on you leader and his staff and the commissar ( if you have one ). move through the army list and tell how everything happend to make the fighting force what it currently is. ( I have not done this yet for my army either ). but for my other one I did and it makes it feel more like real life and a relationship with the units on a indivedual basis if you know there history and more about each one. it adds a whole different level to the game when this is done for me at least.

other than that the general backroung for the army is very well written and there is no conflict with existing and widly accepted fluff. GREAT JOB
