Nice looking mini there. Absolutly stunning for only a second attempt at mini painting! I love the colors, but I thought there could of been a bit more contrast in your shading. The jewels look absolutly awsome. A bit untidy here and there but otherwise not bad, not bat at all. Great job, I think you will progress into an awsome mini painter some day.

Colour- 7 IMHO too much blue but still very good nonetheless. Keep up the good work.
Base- 4 pretty basic but gets the job done
Atmosphere- 8 Seems pretty fully to me but then again I dont know much about eldar. so high marks there.
Technique- 8 For your second model ever this is fantastic. good job with the highlights
Overall Skill- 7 Definitely above average and you'll only improve.
