| Re: Quiz Results & Announcements there wasn't a set score you had to get to advance, it was simply a case of halving the number of people progressing to Round 3, it was tempting to include those scores of 15 as well but that would have left Round 3 with 8 players- might as well remove 7 participants a round. |

You got 1 of the highest scores in Round 1...the majority of participants were never likely to get through to the end. This should just be the catalyst to revise on the older background material in anticipation of the next quiz/fluff comp. we've all noticed a marked improvement in your painting skills since you joined the site and I, personally, am rather impressed you got the score you did. I probably would have only just been able to scrape through to Round 3, and fluff is my main area of expertise in the hobby (plus I've got 9yrs of reading the stuff so I'd have an advantage on you in that way). You don't need to be banned, in fact that would be the worst possible thing for you to do if you want to get better. |

| Re: Quiz Results & Announcements marcus: just do as many of those who just missed the 2nd round did; ask for the questions and see if you can take them just for fun! besides, i've been around the hobby for 11 years and read every single codex since 3rd edition... not to mention the entire bookshelf of novels sitting out in my living room. and i'm sure lads like DC are just as bad in that regard! hell, it only took me 16 years to win a provincial championship in hockey for example! this is only the 2nd background comp, i'd bet that everyone will do better in the next one as that's how things thend to work... (ie: your first painted model will always look like trash compared to your recent work!) cheers!
