 | Re: Adepta Sororitas Only? the repressor is in IA vol.2 but i think it may also be in one of the updates as well which should be a bit cheaper. as for the popularity of pure sisters armies, they do seem to be quite popular these days, but i don't know if that is just because i am more aware than i used to be about who has what. |

  | Re: Adepta Sororitas Only? The Adepta Sororitas own Repressors (IA Vol 2), Exorcists, Immolators, and Rhinos. All based on the Rhino chassis. They do not own their own Land Raiders, Chimerae or other tanks, although you can VDR up something interesting for sure. To get a Land Raider they need an attached Inquisitor. Same with a Chimera. I personally allow them a Damocles version of the Rhino since my lot out here doesn't have a problem with that and we don't play in tournaments. We also tend to play Apocalypse far more than standard 40K..probably due to our army sizes. I run a pure Sororitas army in fact, although I do have an Inquisitrix and her retinue as well as some female Guard for Storm Troopers. The Inquisitrix has a Land Raider Prometheus as her ride. Inquisitrix Odessa van Buren. I have used her exactly zero times so far. LOL But in essence, no, Adepta Sororitas Orders do not own their own Land Raiders or Chimera according to the Codex and background. Sister Sin

| Re: Adepta Sororitas Only? Indeed, I saw a gorgeous conversion job done up to make the Baneblade a Battle Sister tank. But that's not something the Codex gives the Sisters as an integral part of the force; they have to have Imperial Guard allies to get them in regular games of 40K. However, in Apocalypse if you can come up with a justification you can have at it, so the sky is the limit.  Since we play more Apocalypse the Damocles that I gave my own Sisters is fine and dandy despite the fact they normally couldn't have it in regular 40K.If one is going strictly by the Codex and Background for regular games of 40K, then such vehicles are not allowed. If one is going with one's own idea of things and has cool gaming partners, or is playing Apocalypse, well have at it I say! Sister Sin.
