DC 3 AWESOME blending but I really wanted those teeth painted Mart007 4 strong work!!! Ides 5 Great paint but something with the scars and eyes is funny to me...but I cant tell what it is LiveEvil2000 6 way to bring it oldschool!! Nice blending and picked details well! Prince of the Night 7 Another orky guy!!! Strong paint and I think we need to paint up a WAAAGH! Steve 8 Your effect is very convincing but not my style of paint. It might look good over the entire army though! Warmaster Romulas 9 nice work but you suffer from drybrushery.... we gotta get you blending!! Brother Warchild 10 same as Rom you suffer from drybrushery. and I would like to see some more color..... we gotta get you blending!! Lord Marcus 11 good job this week guy!! no not let this get you down as there was some AWESOME talent in this one. keep workin and your getting better! Judging 3 and 4 was tough. If I were to judge myself ... I dont think I would rate well with the talent I see here. Great job everyone. If I were to nit pick, yes the teeth could have been a couple of shades lighter. But that is just being super picky. If I wanted to be super picky, I bet I could find fault in every entry .... maybe except for the Maybelline Lipstick super-model.

I much prefer saying what my favorite, or if I must my top three... here goes nothing though Brother Warchild 7 - I think the hair won me over. DC5- Love bugs, love the coloring, and good highlighting Hairy8 Not familiar with this model, but I think you could have done something different with the eyes... after all it is all in the eyes. Insomniacs Dream6 - Eyes closed? but the shadowing on the cheek bones was very well done. Ides1 Love the scar tissue and the eyes, very cool LiveEvil2000 9 - Like every thing, except that it looks very shiny. I am afraid that you used either to much wash/ink or varnish on the model. Lord Marcus 11 - From this distance it looks good, witch is all that matters on the table top, but for a painting compitition I would like a closer picture to judge upon. Mart0074 -Those are some wicked looking bolts coming out of his head. Frankenstien would be proud Munkey Joe Paints3 - Those are some gruesome teeth my friend Prince of the Night2 - Great Skin color and highlighting... that earing was painted quite well on top of everything. I like the detail work Spartan- 1175512 - only because I can't really make anyting out on this picture SteveBerenyi10 - Don't agree with the creases in the skin being that different of a color, but over all job well done. If nothing else can be said let it be said that I give major props to you all. Faces are the one thing that I can not seem to get a handle on. Props to you all, Servo |
