| Soldaten ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I was thinking about including some daemonhosts because they will be awesome for my fluff. I love my fluff. But I waws wondering, are they any good? I know that they are fickle because of rolling the dice all the time So does anyone have stories or something they can share of success

| well, though i haven't yet sunk so low as to employ a daemonhost, i have faced a few so from an opponent's perspective; - keep them well away from your own units! your opponent will get a good chuckle out of watching your little pet 'terrify' your own army though you might not see as much humor in the situation! - if a daemonhost can't break its enemies on the charge, then prey next turn you get 'bloodboil'! - always remember that daemonhosts are expendable. they never count as scoring units so use it as a throw-away unit. if you're going to lose a unit to say some charging banshees, better your daemonhost buys it than the squad of storm troopers who can still grab the objective later! - 'hosts are also quite handy for powering up a culexus assassin's speculum. being fearless *and* always passing psychic tests means they won't suffer any ill effects from the culexus' 'soulless' rules. hope this helps, cheers!

| Soldaten ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Yea the only reason why I was thinking about not taking them its A: They are a lot of points B: They are very random in what you can out of them. But Im still debating.
