Default Apoc has me going bonkers!

Right. To expand on my Black Legion for Apoc, I have a couple of ideals. Tell me what you think, and if anyone knows the price of the Forge World stuff in U.S. dollars, let me know. It is getting Christmas time, so I gotta figure out what I want (around $200 worth)!

1. Land Raider Crusader
2. Land Raider Helios
3. Stormblade
4. Land Raider Terminus
5. FW Black Legion Dreadnought

ok i'll be lazy here.

http://XE.com will give you exchange rates then add 20% for shipping and handling.

or if you dont want to do that you can contact ikky or a variety of other discount shops.

honestly, the land raider terminus would be easier to pass on than use as it has to be immobile to shoot everything and if it does shoot everything then it may blow up.

Use the VDR to make some really cool stuff.

Thanks Steve. What about the Helios? I know next to nothing about it, but it looks cool. Yeah, I'm kinda soured on the Terminus, so I don't think I'll be using one.

Sorry, a bit confused, are you talking about the Helios? I don't think it is in the Apoc book, probably in Imperial Armour. I'll have to borrow those from my friend.

Well, I'll borrow the Imperial Armour books and let you know. I would like to have some Droppods too, does FW make ones for Dreadnoughts? That would be the only way I would ever use Chaos ones.

The Helios pattern land raider appears in imperial armour volume 2.
The Helios Land Raider is a normal land raider minus the heavy bolters and with a Helios missile launcher attached.
Yes FW do make dreadnaught drop pods.

IIRC, drop pods run about $70'ish canadian for the regular ones... dready pods might be an extra 5/10 bucks or so?!
the drop pods would definately be very cool and it make you the envy of every local space marine player - chaos and loyalist alike!

again if my memory serves me, the chapter/legion dreads are all about $35'ish here in canada...

cheers!

Of course, you can always go and make yourself the cardboard/plasticard drop pods from the plans that some of our forum members have so kindly provided!
