Cypher The Fallen Angel Okay, was brezeing through the latest Chaos dex the other night, when i realised that Cypher was'nt in there. which, for me is fairly annoying. now, the only 'Legal' Rules i can think of for him, are the rules that were published in a WD in thier 'Heroes and Villians' article they did a while bk. and i cant find that WD. so, does anyone have the rules for cypher? anyone?
