 | i would say so since that is their basic armament, and you cant downgrade to an ordinary ccw, but you never know what a tricky opponent may say. my verdict if you faced me? power weapon.

| it's just a mutation bit... if someone really tries to be a jerk, tell them the tenticle is covered in a highly corosive & virulent poison which acts just like a power toy! why? because power toys as already mentioned are your basic weapons!  but honestly, i have yet to actually see or even hear of anyone complaining about what the tenticle is! cheers!

| i agree with stitch. its merely a chaos mutation. id say you can use it as whatever you want (within reason of course  )i use them as power weapons/fists also. makes sense since its like a warp infested mutation of unkown power and as long as its on your army list, your opponent should be content
