 |  rules question Does anybody know if the +1 Toughness for the icon of Nurgle stacks with the +1 Toughness Chaos bikers get? I only ask cause in the old Chaos codex it states that it does not stack and in the new codex it does not confirm nor deny the stacking of toughness. Thanks in advance.

| Re: rules question the two toughness increases do stack. there is nothing in the wording to suggest otherwise. by this i mean there is no ambiguity in the way it is worded like with the MoT/Turbo Boost arguement. |

| Re: rules question instant death never takes modified toughness into account unless specifically stated. as for looking for a definitive answer to your stacking question in the codex, i doubt you will find one, but trust me it does stack. my best example of this is unfortunately uses strength rather than toughness. an Ork warlord (S5) has a big choppa (+2S) and in the turn he charges gains Furious charge (+1S) there is no rule to suggest that the strength bonuses do not stack, nor is their one to suggest that toughness bonuses do not stack (apart from in the case of instant death as pointed out). |
