| Re: 5th Edition Artwork Thats a wierd change of pace, IG are now "Nameless heroes who fight to ensure the survival of the Imperium" and not just cannon fodder weilding flashlights. I don't like this "kiddyhammer" version of Warhammer 40,000.

| Re: 5th Edition Artwork I realize that however in all the rulebooks I own Guard are never mentioned as "heroes", I like it to be Dystopian and gritty, not optimistic and nurturing!

Normal people would serve in the guard. It's kinda depressin to refer to people on the same level as yourself cannon fodder. Anyways, loving the pictures, and can't wait for 5th Ed to release!

It'd be an improvement on the current ed, especially for we fluff nuts. The picture of the Emperor seems weird though, after all of those renditions of the battle between him and Horus.
