| Banned | Re: Latest Vamp Counts Sneak Peaks such a shame that no one seems to bother much with warhammer stuff round here. gotta say im not a big fan of the dire wolves. they seem strane and have very crappy faces, but i love the ghouls and especially the grave guard, which i think fit the image of X-barrow mound residents perfectly! ill be buying me some of those as well as a few grave carts to make my LatD Baneblade  |

| Banned | Re: Latest Vamp Counts Sneak Peaks ive seen the sprues for the ghouls, skellies and cart and i must say im really excited. the skeleton sprue is one of the coolest ones ive seen since... the HE chariot and baneblade. and the corpse cart... mmm. the zombies pulling it are so detailed (and arent pulling it with their arms. oh no, but rather theyre staked to it!  ) and the wraith teamster is built up like the empire wizards, and has quite a few arm choices to boot |

| Re: Latest Vamp Counts Sneak Peaks i am so sure that when i finish up my marines [not long to go] i'll either go into AC IG or into vampire counts, as the majority of players at my local store play WHFB and it'd be nice to play a game or two with them as well. all of the new VC are super exciting ! they're awesome...lol. are the spirit hosts new models ? they're a little too...well, i just don't like them. but pretty much everything else is awesome ! this way iw on't have to convert lots of High elves models for a VC army. has anyone else heard though, that the VC blood knights will be 75 USD for a set of 5 ? it says that in the latest WD...yikes.

Blog Entries: 1 | Re: Latest Vamp Counts Sneak Peaks the dire wolves are plastic as far as i know, as are the ghouls. i'm a bit hot/cold about the new VC minis. i really like the skellies and grave guard, as well as the wolves...but some of the vampire models are so ugly and i'm not a fan of the ghouls at all. and it's a shame the black knites didn't get a new kit  but i suppose blood knights more than make up for that  |

| Re: Latest Vamp Counts Sneak Peaks i wouldn't be surprised to see the black knights get new models...unless blood knights simply replace them in the new book ? i wouldn't know, i haven't delved into WHFB enough yet..i'm kind of in the same boat hairy, either i really love the new models, or some of them i'm just kind of indifferent about..hrmm

Blog Entries: 1 | Re: Latest Vamp Counts Sneak Peaks yeah i got bits and pieces of high elves, empire, old VC, and i think bretonians. oh, and a single dwarf lord i liked the look of. i spent about a week getting all enthusiastic about each of them and then got bummed out by either the rest of the model range or the way they played on the table. guess i'll stick to 40k till something really inspires me enough to have another go at fantasy. |
