| Re: new dark elves on pre order here is linky for pic if you haven't seen it already Dark Elf Spear Head 6 Heroes! Really GW! Why in the world would you do that. Why not more troops, or something usefull. And unless they majorly re-did the rules for the Hydra, and they mange to not suck, that is totally useless as well. ARG! Why oh why would you do this to me! Ok enough theatrics for now. Seriously though I am not pleased with yet another GW let down. It seems like the more and more hope I put into new "exciting" things that GW releases the more and more disapointment I am delt back in kind. After so many Price hikes over the past 5 years, sub-par army books *cough* CSM *cough* Hopefully the book will be as good as stitch has hinted at. my two cents, Servo |

| Re: new dark elves on pre order well, a spearhead is never ment to be an army box - it's simply a deal that gives you the bulk of the new models and essencially the army book for free a few weeks prior to actual release... but yes, i'm very dissapointed in the lack of plastic love for the dark elves.  those silly high elf sods have 7 freakin' plastic sets and by the looks of things, the dark elves will only get a crappy 2 additional plastic sets to go along with their pathetic 1 current plastic box... hardly fair!at least the rules are damn sweet! and yes, the hydra has gotten notably better than it's current incarnation... the biggest advantages though will be the army-wide hatred special rule and dark elf warriors dropping down to only a basic 6pts/model! cheers!
